Saint John The Divine Cathedral

The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, located in Morningside Heights, is one of the largest churches in the world. Construction began in 1892 and has continued in phases ever since, leaving the building famously “unfinished.” Combining Romanesque, Gothic, and modern elements, it remains an active cathedral as well as a landmark of architecture and culture in the city.
