Irem Temple Theater, Wilkes Barre PA

The Irem Temple in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, was built in 1907–1908 in a striking Moorish Revival style, complete with minarets and a stained-glass dome. For decades it served the community as a major venue for performances, concerts, and social events. As newer theaters took over, the building fell into decline, though efforts in recent years have focused on stabilizing and restoring it.
